Who we are

Glemor Fragrance is a fragrance label from George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This shop is run by Century Lifestyle Holdings Sdn Bhd (company registration no. 202601018844 (1680941-V)), which is the seller on your order and the name shown when you pay.

Place of business: Unit GT110, Ground & Mezzanine Floor, Standard Chartered Building 2, Beach Street, 10300 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Products and prices

Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

We describe each scent as accurately as we can. Fragrance smells different on every skin, so treat the notes as a guide. Colours can look slightly different on your screen.

We may change prices and the range at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Placing an order

You need an account to order. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Your order is accepted when we email you the order confirmation.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid for that order.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order, through Curlec, our payment gateway. You can pay by card, online banking (FPX) or e-wallet. You enter your payment details on Curlec's secure page. We never see or store your card number or your banking login.

Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver within Malaysia only. Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy.

Using fragrance safely

• For external use only. Avoid eyes and broken skin.
• Fragrance is flammable. Keep it away from heat and flame.
• If you have sensitive skin, try a small amount first. Stop using it if your skin becomes irritated.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Your account

Keep your password private and your details up to date. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Our content

The words, photographs, videos and logo on this website belong to Glemor. Please do not use them for business purposes without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Beyond those rights, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
