Privacy notice

This notice explains how Century Lifestyle Holdings Sdn Bhd (company registration no. 202601018844 (1680941-V)), which runs Glemor Fragrance, handles your personal data, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
- Your account sign-in details. Your password is stored in a scrambled form that we cannot read.
- Your orders, and any messages you send us.
- Whether a payment succeeded, and its reference number. Your card or banking details go to Curlec, our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver and support your orders, and to email you about them.
- To run your account.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the shop.
We need these details to fulfil an order. Without them we cannot process it.
We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who receives it
We share only what each party needs to do its job:
- Curlec, to take your payment and send refunds.
- The courier, to deliver your parcel.
- The companies that host and run this website and send our emails on our behalf.
- Our accountants and advisers, and the authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers keep data on servers outside Malaysia. When they do, we take steps to see that it is protected.
Cookies and analytics
The shop uses a small number of cookies and browser storage that it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your bag.
Our visitor statistics use no cookies and collect no personal data. We see totals only, such as how many people visited a page.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for seven years, as Malaysian law requires. We keep your account details until you ask us to close your account.
Keeping it safe
The website uses encrypted connections, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please also keep your password private.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, limit how we use it, withdraw your consent, or close your account. We reply within 21 days.
